SO.GOOD. I've missed this show.
Random thoughts:
Chuck/Sarah are still freaking adorable. Take note all other shows: will they/won't they couples can get together, be happy, in love and oh so cute, and still be entirely watchable and not bring down the show.
Glad it didn't take long for Chuck to go back to being a spy, and for Team Bartowski to be reunited, although Casey and Sarah going on a mission with just the two of them was pretty awesome, especially the jumping off a building bit.
Love that General Backman is now a series regular, I squeed when I saw her in the opening credits.
Loved Casey getting all sad/angry when he thought Chuck had died, I love those two.
Love the Buy More being a fully fledged CIA/NSA base, Sarah now just needs to become a Nerd Herder as well.
All in all, this show is AWESOME!
It may be soon to tell, but the show seems to have found it's footing again, thank god! It was back to being funny and charming, and it didn't make me think "oh my god, why am I watching this?"
Rachel Bilson was back, which was lovely, I love her. (I miss Summer!)
I was trying not to get all flaily over the fact that BR had some cute moments (and they did have some REALLY cute moments) so as not to get my hopes up again, but that end scene completely threw me. It had to be a Barney/Robin wedding, right? Who else would have Ted as best man, Marshall as another groomsmen AND Lily as bridesmaid(maybe maid of honour)!? I don't want to get excited, as I'm probably wrong, but I don't see who else it could be.
