if it is against court order, then how come the court won't do anything about it? what the hell.

its just not enough. ive got an excellent lawyer, and she says to only document every little time she breaks the agreement. that way, if/when we go back to court, those little things might add up to just enough to win the case. but to go to court only because the boyfriend is sleeping over, the judge would probably just tell her to stop, and dismiss the case.

you bet your ass, if i go beyond the stated period of being late with a child support payment, i go to jail. immediately.

the mothers in these types of situations have it so well. the fathers are just starting to win cases like this on a regular basis. the problem is that most of the judges have the old school way of thinking- the mother raises the child, and the father supports the family. thankfully, more and more judges are realizing that broken families are unfortunately becoming the norm, and fathers are just as capable as mothers to raise their child.
