Culture Shock

I like that you're being so honest about your experiences. I'm sure you expected this, but there is no way to prepare for it. And I think you're viewing it realistically - it's a temporary condition, one that you are working on correcting - but it's also something you can't help ( ... )

I know somebody, Moselle, who started teaching in Japan a year ago? Two...? I have no memory, but she has journalled about it. Her LJ account is moselle - maybe you could read through hers... it might help?
