Maybe you should rest - take a shower, cover up with a light blanket, have plenty of fluids, and try to sleep. You should also drink water throughout the day while teaching, if possible. Do you have a water bottle?
I'm sorry... it sucks that things seem so backwards there, at times.
At least your kids are super-cute.
