My vacation is officially over, and I feel happier and healthier than I have in a long time.

I didn't do anything special, just went up to Seoul. I wasn't even planning on spending the whole five days there, but it sort of worked out that way.  I really didn't even have specific plans; I didn't even know where I was sleeping.
