Lots of water and green tea, no go on the drinks with lots of sugar and caffine. Lots of protein (lean red meat, fish), and granola to keep you full.

Well, works for me. Good luck! Stress causes weight gain too =(

Thanks - I'll stock up on granola...

The stress probably is what is getting me. bah, and the availablity of food being everywhere.
