i went to ask prof. christmas if it was alright that i was signed up for his graduate seminar on the 18th century novel. he told me no. then he detailed the amount of work involved in the class, and i decided that he was probably right. i shouldn't take it. i think i would die if i tried. 20 pages of extensive research plus oral reports and a book
