Santa Cruz has had a great run of perfect beach weather lately.  The water is even warm enough to go in without a wetsuit.

I am feeling better, except I have a cut near the tip of my left index finger, which makes playing guitar nearly impossible.

Ouch! I hope it heals nicely. I have a tiny scar on my pinkie finger from cutting myself cooking. It still gets a little bit sore when I rock climb.
