Well, I know I've got depression and bipolar going on. I've known it for a while, but I thought with meditation and self-actualization I had it under control.
Unfortunately my deep depression a while back has proved that I'm mistaken and I need clinical, and chemical assistance. Once I can get some medical (and dental) insurance come through I'm going to resume therapy and get myself on mood stabilizers (I believe I need them more than antidepressants).
It's gonna be a tough road, likely harder than all the ones I've travelled this far in my life, but I sincerely hope all who have stuck with me thus far will continue to do so, and those who've left will return as I attempt to turn my life around.
