i get in to those moods sometimes where i just think of the past...and it is mostly grandpa eich, and grandpa battaglia, and my cousin john who died, and my best friend savannah who died just...i think of my mom, and what would happen if something happens to her...and i cry.

i dont know what to do when that happens...sometimes i write it down in a journal or just a piece of paper...it helps to get it out...hang in there dea...

Yeah it def helps to write about it.. talking just keeps it all inside anyway. thats the way i feel about it anyway
