510 - Saturday Morning

Buffy had had a very lazy week, and was now having a very lazy Saturday morning which so far had consisted of sleeping a lot. But now it was maybe time to get up and get something to eat. If the weather was good, she could laze on the beach, and if not, maybe she could spend some time in the gym...

With this decided, Buffy opened her eyes.

Berthold sat up and immediately hit his head on the bed. He moaned. Unfortunately the pain didn't distract him from the fact that he was hungry. "Where's my ice cream?"

Buffy yelped at the noises and sat up straight, looking around wildly while reaching for a stake. "What? Who's there?"

Berthold wrapped his blanket around himself and cautiously crawled out from under the bed. "You forgot the ice cream!"

"No, I didn't!" Buffy protested automatically. Then she stared down at the boy in the blanket. "...Bertie? Is that you?"
