Buffy had had an awesome weekend whaling on trolls, and was now taking it easy, letting her arm heal. She still wasn't sure if she'd be able to use it for tomorrow's cheer practice, but she was definitely going to hold said practice. She flipped idly through her magazine again.

River returned with Berthold's bowl of oatmeal. The monster made a sad sniffle. He still hadn't quite accepted that his diet no longer solely consisted of ice cream. River sat down on the bed. "At least clothes have stopped disappearing. And he didn't eat Blair's fish."

Buffy leaned over to look down at Berthold. "Fish isn't ice cream," she pointed out. "But boy, am I glad about the clothes thing. Maybe I can take my favorite blouse down from on top of the closet now..?"

"Perhaps," River said. She looked at her dress that now sported a big cut since the troll fighting. "I still need to buy some more clothes."

"Oooh, that's right! We should go shopping!" Buffy sat up. "Do you have any classes tomorrow? We could go before cheerleading!" She looked at her side of the room, then compared it with River's. "You totally need more stuff. Have you been to IKEA yet?"
