robin's wedding was july 15. it was a beautiful day. i forget sometimes during the summer how much i love my alma friends and how much i just love being around them. the reception was a great reminder and made me so excited to go back to school to spend one last year with them.

for the past few days, my life has consisted of WORK and pretty much nothing else.

drinking and driving. i would say i take it more seriously than the average person--i don't even like the thought of someone driving after just a couple of drinks, even when they're not really "drunk". maybe it's because i've seen firsthand the heartbreak just one stupid mistake can cause to a family. people my age think they're invincible, think ( Read more... )

i just saw a sundance commerical (a CAR dealership)  in which terry hanks declared:

so the bridal shower went off without a hitch. the flowers looked beautiful, the food was great (i should know~i ate about 100 pounds of it), and my cousin got some sweet gifts. there was a little bit of drama though which will make the wedding interesting at the very least.
