Observing his wanted poster made her wonder just how much had her dear Usopp changed out there.

The only picture she had of him was his wanted poster, and it didn't even look much like him, but she still treasured it like gold.

He was considered a fool by almost the entire town; only Kaya could see the brave warrior in him.

The only time she was mad at Usopp was during the Captain Kuro incident, and she still felt terrible about it; that's when she discovered she could never be mad at him for too long.

She looked at the Usopp Pirates and smiled; oh, how she desired to have some children of her own.

Usopp just wished he could see her now, how much she had changed, he missed her so much, specially her smile, that beautiful smile fo hers that could lighten up his world.

Living in the shadow of the town wasn't easy, but he had Kaya to show him the light.

Saying goodbye to her was possibly one of the hardest things he had to do in his entire life, and he said so after Enies Lobby!

Kaya was good at hiding, and fortunately Usopp was remarkably good at finding.

Little did she care about her fortune; all she wanted was to marry that pirate someday.

She was safe inside her mansion, so all she could do was pray that he would return to her safe and sound.

The ghosts of his past haunted him early on his life, but Kaya had helped him move on; not only did he save her, she also saved him in a way.

Kaya had various adventure novels, but none of them came even close as regards entertainment as Usopp's stories.

Of all the ways possible, he had never imagined he'd declare his love to Kaya in front of the whole island, from the deck of the Sunny Go; and even more unexpected was that she'd reply possitively.

Even if it wasn't quite the best sound, it was Usopp who was singing the serenade, and so she found it funny and appreciated his gesture.

Even if at times it seemed too sudden, she eventually started liking the upgrade in her relationship with Usopp.

In all her life, Kaya had never stopped to think what did she really want; now, she knew all she wanted was him.

It didn't matter how much time passed by, Kaya would always be waiting.

He remembers that, when she kissed his cheek for the first time, he thought he wouldn't wash there for the rest of his life.

Kaya never intended for him to be torn between her or his dreams, and allowed him to chase them, even if it meant she'd have to wait for his return.

There was no history as entertaining as one narrated by the great Captain Usopp-sama, at least in her opinion.

He was way stronger than he gave himself credit for, Kaya knew that, and wished he could only have more confidence on himself.

It didn't bother him that other men were desiring Kaya's hand for marriage, but something inside him was suddenly desperate to be one of them.

Kaya laughed at the story, which Usopp found a little frustrating, "it's true, I did fight a God in the Sky Island, this time it's not a lie!"

Usopp knew that damned butler had put a concrete wall so that he couldn't see Kaya anymore, but there was no way a stupid wall was getting between them.
#45 - Naked
She had never thought of Usopp naked until Merry made a little comment without noticing, and it was then that her mind went so wild with thoughts that she found herself unwillingly blushing 24/7.
#46 - Drive
Kaya drove him crazy, he knew that, but what he wasn't sure was just how prepared was he to tell her that.
#47 - Harm
Usopp had wanted to kill Kuro; how could he dare to harm his dear Kaya?

To him, she'd always be the precious girl waiting for his arrival, his reason to continue surviving.
#49 - Hunger
As her servants struggled to supress Luffy's neverending hunger (with little to no success), Kaya laughed as she held Usopp's hand, way more happy than she had expected for his return.

Kaya never considered herself a religious person, yet she found herself praying everynight for the gods to protect Usopp, and bring him safely to her side one day.
