[Pokemon] Meowth x Pikachu - Alpha

Pairing: (Team Rocket's) Meowth x (Ash's) Pikachu

Rating: Mostly PG, but a couple PG13s sneaked in.
Notes: Most of these were all written as separate sentences so there's not really any order to them, although some ideas may have built off of other ideas. Also, I write Pikachu as a female, but the series is never clear on Pikachu's gender.
#01 - Comfort
Pikachu thought it was a little funny that, for someone who made her so uncomfortable before, she was now the most comfortable here in his arms.
#02 - Kiss
Try as she might, Pikachu just couldn’t kiss the human way like Meowth would; she’d always end up giving him a good lick instead.
#03 - Soft
Pikachu giggled as she tried to stop Meowth from ruffling the fur on top of her head.
#04 - Pain
Meowth often fought with himself in thought over it; how could he be with Pikachu without betraying the team?
#05 - Potatoes
“You’re suppose’ta put the ketchup on your fries, not just drink it,” Meowth informed Pikachu, who seemed perfectly content with just the ketchup.
#06 - Rain
“Rain’s too wet for me to be in, but I sure like the sound it makes on the roof,” Meowth pointed out to Pikachu, who was amused by his observation.
#07 - Chocolate
“Where did you find--” but before Meowth could finish his question, Pikachu had put a piece of chocolate into her friend’s mouth with a giggle.
#08 - Happiness
It was a beautiful sunny day, which only added to the warm feeling Meowth got after enjoying that nice picnic with Pikachu.
#09 - Telephone
“I’ve got the perfect plan: we can both get cell phones, and then we could talk to each other whenever we wanted,” Meowth explained his seemingly flawless plan to Pikachu, who seemed a little confused as to how Pokemon would get phones in the first place.
#10 - Ears
Cats are known to scratch their own ears, but lately Meowth found batting at Pikachu’s a bit more entertaining.
#11 - Name
“Ya know, I don’t have a trainer so I don’t have a special name, but I don’t get why da twer- er, your trainer, didn’t give ya one,” Meowth wondered aloud in Pikachu’s general direction.
#12 - Sensual
Once Pikachu started to scratch that spot behind his ear, Meowth was putty in her arms.
#13 - Death
“Sometimes, I’m kinda curious about what happens, ya know, after-“ Meowth was interrupted mid thought however, as Pikachu cuddled a little closer to him with a comforting squeak, “Yeah, Pikachu, I guess you’re right… I’ve got more important things to think about right now.”
#14 - Sex
Meowth had no idea what Pikachu was planning when she “accidentally” spilled that ketchup on him.
#15 - Touch
It was a nice feeling, her soft fur as he held her paw in his.
#16 - Weakness
Pikachu was one of the best on the battlefield, but yet she had no way to defend against Meowth’s tickle attack.
#17 - Tears
“It’s nothing… I think it’s just starting to rain a little. That’s all,” Meowth responded to Pikachu; he couldn’t tell her what was wrong, not yet.
#18 - Speed
When the Dragonite took off the sudden acceleration caused Meowth to hold on tightly to the nearest thing in his surprise, which just happened to be Pikachu.
#19 - Wind
Pikachu liked to watch the way the breeze gently shook the leaves, meanwhile Meowth was watching the apples and debating which one looked the tastiest.
#20 - Freedom
“You’re sayin’ that even though you’ve gotta listen to your trainer you’re more free than me, because I gotta do what Team Rocket says,” Meowth repeated Pikachu’s statement aloud as he contemplated it himself, “Maybe… but you still don’t see me taking orders from Jess and Jim do ya?”
#21 - Life
“You know, bein’ around you has really taught me to appreciate bein’ alive,” Meowth began explaining to Pikachu with a smile, “Nobody really values life until they’ve been launched out of a hot-air balloon at least 672 times, I know from experience.”
#22 - Jealousy
The second Meowth’s eyes found their way from the clouds above to that Skitty that was walking by just through the corner of his peripheral vision, a sudden “Pika!” brought his attention back to Pikachu; he figured she must have seen a cloud that looked like something funny, but Pikachu was looking at him.
#23 - Hands
“It’s kinda funny, I walk and talk like a human, but you’re the one who’s got four fingers and a thumb,” Meowth pointed out with a chuckle, “you’d be surprised how hard it is to hold stuff with just these three fingers sometimes.”
#24 - Taste
“Well, I guess ya can just eat plain ketchup, but I think it’s really tasty on a hot dog-especially with mustard and relish and onions and…” as Meowth rambled on, Pikachu continued sipping her ketchup, amused by all Meowth had to say about hot dogs.
#25 - Devotion
Meowth was devoted to the team, and especially to the Boss, but nobody would notice if he kept the stuff about Pikachu to himself, right?
#26 - Forever
Pikachu looked around at the swarm of angry Ariados, and then called back to Meowth, who was standing as ready as he could be with his back pressed against hers, “You said we’d be together forever, right? Then we have to make it through this, because there’s a long time left until forever.”
#27 - Blood
After screaming and panicking for the last couple minutes, Meowth suddenly stopped when he noticed Pikachu had grabbed his paw and placed a band-aid she had procured from Ash’s things onto the small offending cut on his finger while, as she covered the small cut, she squeaked something along the lines of: “All that fuss over a little cut like this?”
#28 - Sickness
“The Chansey at the Pokemon Center said that his was the best thing when you’ve got a case of the Pi-kachoo,” Meowth smiled as he handed Pikachu the small bowl of warm soup.
#29 - Melody
Pikachu was delighted whenever Meowth strummed out her favorite song on his guitar, even if his singing needed a little work.
#30 - Star
“There are so many stars out tonight… I wonder how long it’d take to count ‘em all,” Meowth looked to Pikachu to see if she had anything to say on the subject, but she had fallen asleep curled up next to him, “I guess your countin’ sheep instead, huh?”
#31 - Home
Pikachu tried her best to comfort him, “Well, even if you don’t have a house somewhere to return to, your home is where your friends are. That’s what’s important.”
#32 - Confusion
Ash was completely speechless as his brain worked overtime to figure out the situation, having walked in on his Pikachu and that Meowth being quite friendly to each other.
#33 - Fear
Meowth knew Pikachu was afraid of that Tyranitar too, but instead of trembling and being on the verge of panic, she stood her ground ready to fight.
#34 - Lightning/Thunder
“Hey, how come when you use your thunder attack there’s no actual thunder, just lightning?” Meowth asked, but his curious smile suddenly disappeared when he remembered that old saying about curiosity and cats.
#35 - Bonds
“Hey, remember that we got harnessed together? Think that would be fun to do again?” Meowth’s suggestion only got an annoyed look from Pikachu, “Ehehe, I was just jokin’. I don’t have that thing anymore anyway.”
#36 - Market
“I want one o’ those, and one o’ those, and get me some of that one for her.” The fruit merchant was quite surprised that these Pokemon were his customers, but the cat had money so the man wasn’t going to argue.
#37 - Technology
“Ya know, all of the advances in human technology were buildin’ up to this moment,” Meowth said as he and Pikachu began enjoying their double-fudge chocolate swirl ice cream, to which Pikachu squeaked in agreement.
#38 - Gift
“Aww, ya drew this just for Meowth?” Meowth was deeply moved at the picture Pikachu presented him, a crudely drawn picture of the two of them together in his hot air balloon, but to him it was the finest piece of art he’d ever seen.
#39 - Smile
Pikachu thought it was cute whenever Meowth had that big grin on his face, which of course made her smile in return.
#40 - Innocence
“Ya know, it’s technically tresspassin’ to go in the park after dark,” Meowth informatively teased Pikachu after hearing her suggestion, “and here I thought you were the innocent one.”
#41 - Completion
The two of them sitting together alone underneath the stars and the moon; it was at that moment Meowth felt like he finally found what he had been missing.
#42 - Clouds
“You know what clouds remind me of? Cotton candy!” Pikachu sighed at Meowth’s statement; everything reminded him of food.
#43 - Sky
“When the sky’s clear like this, it makes me wonder what it would be like to fly up there,” Pikachu went on with a squeak, “Hey, Meowth, maybe one day you can take me up there in your balloon? Well, without your friends who try to do it against my will and all that.”
#44 - Heaven
The two of them kissed while two small groups of onlookers cried for two different reasons; Meowth insisted he and Pikachu have a formal wedding ceremony despite the fact they were both Pokemon, and Pikachu was beside herself with joy at taking part in the world’s first Pokemon wedding.
#45 - Hell
As his two partners cheered triumphantly about how their plan to catch Pikachu for the boss had finally succeeded, Meowth realized that all the promotions in the world couldn’t change how he felt; He couldn’t take away what his partners had worked so hard for and yet--he couldn’t let them take away what he now valued most.
#46 - Sun
“Yeah, the sun’s nice and all, but you’re yellow, warm, and cute,” Meowth’s response to Pikachu’s observation about the sun made her cheeks a good degree redder.
#47 - Moon
The full moon was easily visible in the night sky, but Meowth’s attention was on someone else that night.
#48 - Waves
“No way! I like the beach, but I hate water. I’m not goin’ in there even with one o’ those,” Meowth still refused to get in the water, even after Pikachu went to the effort of finding him an inner tube.
#49 - Hair
Pikachu giggled at the sight at her feline companion who, despite having just as much fur as she did, had to bundle up with mittens and a scarf to play in the snow.
#50 - Supernova
Meowth watched in awe as Pikachu launched her attack against their enemy; the arcing lightning struck its target and let loose a brilliant burst of light and energy.
