Fandom: Final Fantasy X/X-2
Pairing: Yuna x Tidus
Theme set: Gamma
Rating: G-PG-ish

This is my first time ever writing for Yuna and Tidus, or Final Fantasy for that matter. So be gentle! ;)

#01 - Ring
Tidus went silent as he knelt down on one knee before her, velvet box clicking open quietly, "Marry me?"

#02 - Hero
He was her hero; her everything, he saved her and defended her, loved her and sheltered her.

#03 - Memory
As a summoner, she had memories of her earliest days of training in her mind, but nothing could erase those of the only man she'd ever loved.

#04 - Box
Yuna opened the small box to find letters, photos, and other objects; memories of their happiness locked in time.

#05 - Run
His feet hit the ground as he ran, not once glancing back to see if the creature was still following, all he could think about was if she was safe.

#06 - Hurricane
Taking shelter in a cave, he held Yuna close against his chest; the storm outside raging, "Besaid should be famous for its hurricanes, rather than its losing streak in Blitzball."

#07 - Wings
Tidus never believed in angels until he saw her fly away on Valefors wings that day in Bevelle.

#08 - Cold
When Yuna got sick with the flu, or a cold, Tidus panicked, despite it being a common thing; so he waited on her hand and foot, until she was well enough to whistle for him again, and even when she was able to, he continued to serve her the best he could.

#09 - Red
Her cheeks were flushed as she finally calmed down from laughing, and with the way her eyes glittered, and how her lips were tugged into a smile, he found it harder and harder to keep from touching her.

#10 - Drink
There wasn't much that she asked him for, if anything, but when her nerves were getting the best of her, Tidus did all he could think of, and made her a cup of tea.

#11 - Midnight
The moon set in the sky near midnight, and the stars were alive with light, and as he lay awake in the camp they had set up, all he could see was her face no matter how much he focused on that twilight sky.

#12 - Temptation
It was difficult not to give into the temptation they were given every day, arms and hands brushing, lips close to whisper, though nothing more than quick smiles were exchanged.

#13 - View
They stood on the hill of Besaid together, watching the waves rush over the beach, and the wind rustle the leaves on the trees, and knew that nothing else could be more beautiful than that view.

#14 - Music
They didn't need music at that point, holding each other close as they swayed beneath the stars.

#15 - Silk
Tidus couldn't help but smile, fingers brushing against her pale skin as they stood; it felt like silk, and had a faint glow in the moonlight.

#16 - Cover
They decided to take shelter for the night at the edge of a lake, the pair curling up under a blanket that she kicked off; turning over, he smiled, tugging the cover back up over her bare shoulder.

#17 - Promise
He never made promises to people any more, they were like ice cream cones; sweet and nice to have, but melted later on, until he met her.

#18 - Dream
Yuna was in his dreams, she was all around him and within him, and no matter what he did, she was always there.

#19 - Candle
Tidus held the candle in front of her face, the flame flickering from her unsteady breathing before going out.

#20 - Talent
She had a bit of a talent for making him laugh, a knack for causing him to smile, and he wouldn't have had it any other way.

#21 - Silence
It was never an awkward silence between them; it was always comfortable and enjoyable.

#22 - Journey
Their journey seemed neverending to him, but he enjoyed the small moments during them, especially the ones that made her smile.

#23 - Fire
The embers in the fire crackled and burst as it slowly began to die out; everything faded and went out in the end, and their love was no different now that he was gone.

#24 - Strength
She gave him strength to do better, to push himself harder, to run faster and jump higher, to be the best he possibly could.

#25 - Mask
Even when she was in the most pain of her life, Yuna had to wear that emotionless mask, and Tidus wanted to cry when he could see past that fake face.

#26 - Ice
His hands were cold as ice as he began to disappear before her eyes, and she wondered if he was dying.

#27 - Fall
Tidus felt his stomach bottom out as she fell over the side of that building.

#28 - Forgotten
Even after he disappeared, Yuna would never let his memory die; he'd never be forgotten.

#29 - Dance
He had no idea how to dance until he met her, when Yuna took his hands in hers and guided him through the simple steps; and he did his best not to step on her feet.

#30 - Body
The vows at the wedding were general at first; giving body, soul, and mind, joining in union, but the next part were what started the tears and sighs.

#31 - Sacred
The vows were over, and everything was lovely, and the sacred union of two people was completed as they sealed it all with a kiss.

#32 - Farewells
As the new couple disappeared in to Cid's airship, they waved to the crowd; it was not goodbye, it was farewell.

#33 - World
When the wedding was over, many had to return to other parts of the world, despite the happy occasion.

#34 - Formal
The event was met with ties, dresses, suits and other such outfits; such formal attire was predictable.

#35 - Fever
It was similar to cabin fever having to stay on that airship for long periods of time, but sometimes staying within it's confines were better than landing and facing the world.

#36 - Laugh
Some days she thought that she had forgotten how to laugh, that is, until he came in to her tent and cracked a joke, or she heard his whistle from across the lake.

#37 - Lies
Bevelle was surrounded in lies, and when they all came apart at the seams, he was there again, still holding her together.

#38 - Forever
Yuna wanted to be with him forever, until time ended, and the world stopped spinning, and everything just came apart around them.

#39 - Overwhelmed
The loss was overwhelming after Tidus disappeared; even her fathers death didn't hurt like this.

#40 - Whisper
She could barely choke out a whisper through the tears after he disappeared, and for days at a time, she wouldn't face the world.

#41 - Wait
She stood in the forest to whistle again, waiting to hear him whistle back.

#42 - Talk
All she wanted was to talk to him again, to hear his voice, she didn't even need to see his face; just his voice.

#43 - Search
Yuna searched for him, day after day, and it never got any easier to wake up with out him there.

#44 - Hope
She'd never given up hope in finding him, even after all that happened, and coming off the airship that day to find him, life became absolutely surreal.

#45 - Eclipse
He always remembered how Yuna told him not to look into an eclipse, as it would blind you but sometimes, he wanted to look just to see if it was true; she wasn't there any longer to stop him, after all.

#46 - Gravity
What goes up, must come down, and every day they were reminded of that with how well Yuna was known across Spira.

#47 - Highway
Their life became like that of a highway; fast paced and non stop, and you had to pull over to the side to catch a moments peace from it all, but like most parts of the busy roads, you weren't allowed to stop and catch your breath.

#48 - Unknown
Their relationship was unknown to only them; every one else knew exactly what was happening, and what would happen.

#49 - Lock
Pulling at the lock furiously, she rested her head against the door as tears rolled down her cheeks, she hated that she was helpless, that she couldn't help him when he was less than three feet away on the other side of the door.

#50 - Breathe
Her fingers brushed over his forehead as another tear rolled down her cheek, "Please Tidus, just breathe."

Not many of these go together, but a few numbers do:
01, 30-34
38-44
46&47
49&50.
