Gundam Wing, Heero Yuy x Trowa Barton, theme set Alpha

Mar 20, 2006 00:34

Fandom: Gundam Wing
Pairing: Heero Yuy x Trowa Barton
Theme set: Alpha
Rating: Um, NC17? ^^;
Warnings: Ah, my Heero and Trowa voices just clicked into present tense for most of these and I couldn't get them out of it. o_o;

#01 - Comfort

Trowa has never seen Heero break apart before, and he's not sure he ever wants to again, and he's positive he's not wanted until Heero asks him to stay.

#02 - Kiss

Their first kiss is clumsy, a little harsh, because they both know what to do but they've never done it before -- and there's a fair amount of teeth and nose bumping before they perfect it, but at the same time, it's perfect already.

#03 - Soft

Heero's all edge and muscle and battle -- or he is until he sleeps, and that's when Trowa sees more, can run his fingers through Heero's hair and feel it tickle, baby-soft against his palm, and can see through into a Heero that's sick of himself.

#04 - Pain

He knew Heero could handle it, but every time he saw Heero's expression twist up in pain, his stomach twisted right with it and he'd have given anything to make sure Heero never got hurt again.

#05 - Potatoes

Heero was so precise, always, no matter what he was doing -- whether he was putting together shelves from the local DIY store, or just chopping up potatoes for dinner -- and Trowa found that soothing; some things change, other things never will.

#06 - Rain

The rain dripped down from Trowa's bangs, but he didn't move, running a hand through his hair to push it back from his face, his eyes not moving from Heero.

#07 - Chocolate

Hot chocolate was most definitely a vice of Trowa's, and Heero knew it well.

#08 - Happiness

It wasn't till they'd been together three years -- till they'd got a house and Duo'd insisted that they get a puppy, who annoyed more than he pleased and yet somehow managed to be a third member of a family -- that they realised that's what they had; a home, a family and happiness.

#09 - Telephone

The phone rings and Trowa won't let Heero answer it, presses him down hard and kisses him harder -- "leave it," he says, all breath and no voice, "leave it," and Heero can't disobey.

#10 - Ears

Heero has the sharpest ears of everyone Trowa knows, and when he cries, he tries to hide it, but he never can -- somewhere, a spring of emotion burst, and now he can never hold it back -- but it's okay, because Heero's arms are warm and his shoulder is more forgiving than his confused eyes.

#11 - Name

Neither of them have any right to the names they use, but neither even think of that, not any more -- somewhere in the kissing, and touching, and the soft cries and heat answering heat, they became.

#12 - Sensual

Heero's too methodical to be entirely sensual, but at the same time it does the oddest things to Trowa to see Heero looking down at him like he has this instruction manual on how to make him scream -- and, curse him, he almost might.

#13 - Death

It's not death the two of them are scared of -- it's life, and all that shining world they've never allowed themselves to truly contemplate.

#14 - Sex

Heero was nervous their first time -- nervous of doing something wrong, nervous of not being good enough, but Odin's advice held true -- he followed his emotions and Trowa's quiet pleas and it was perfect, even more perfect for the way Trowa laughed at his fears after, told him that he'd been good.

#15 - Touch

Trowa's soft touches tickle, at first, and Heero thinks it's just like humanity in all its glorious stupidity that two soldiers -- even former soldiers -- can lie there and tickle each other, laughing like children.

#16 - Weakness

Heero loathes his every weakness, and he's grateful that though Trowa is a way through to him, Trowa can't be a weakness, because he looks after himself so well.

#17 - Tears

Heero doesn't cry -- not because he doesn't want to or he thinks it's unmanly or anything like that, he just doesn't, maybe he cried too much when he was a kid, or maybe he forgot how somewhere along the line, but Trowa's glad, because he knows how to comfort when Heero's all stony faced; tears would dissolve whatever comfort he has.

#18 - Speed

When he comes back from the hospital, bandage round his head and arm, he's surprised by the speed with which he's grabbed, kissed, held, and he understands now that Trowa needs him.

#19 - Wind

There's a parade down below, all flashing lights and confetti and the impermanent things, but Trowa's seen the world's end in nightmares, all desolation and human mistakes, and he looks at Heero instead, at the wind blowing Heero's hair back, at the eyes that say he can see that world juxtaposed over this.

#20 - Freedom

People know their names, have heard of them, but five years on their faces are forgotten, and it's the ultimate freedom to slip through a crowd, hand in hand, and never be recognised, and always be safe.

#21 - Life

There are people who aren't happy with the world that's been built, and sometimes Trowa thinks he's one of them, but there's Heero and there's a life to be lived and he knows that he isn't going to fight again.

#22 - Jealousy

It's all Relena this and Relena that and Relena and Heero the other, and Trowa might've felt jealous if he hadn't known that all the rumours about Heero and whoever else just made his life that much more peaceful.

#23 - Hands

Heero's hands aren't soft, they're barely even gentle, but they feel so good against Trowa's skin, driving him insane and getting under his skin, all addictive like a barely legal drug.

#24 - Taste

Trowa tastes of coffee and breakfast, and Heero feels that kissing should be over rated, except it's not, because remains of breakfast or not, kissing Trowa is good.

#25 - Devotion

There's devotion like weddings and I love yous and forever, and though Trowa doesn't want Heero to say the words, their devotion is that they don't have to, that they know.

#26 - Forever

Trowa doesn't know if love is forever, and Heero doesn't care whether it is or it isn't -- the present is all you really have, anyway, and you have to make that count.

#27 - Blood

He's seen enough of his own blood in his lifetime that it doesn't phase him any more, but he can't help panicking a little when it comes to Trowa, who seems fragile sometimes, but that's an illusion too.

#28 - Sickness

When Heero gets ill, he really does go for it, and the rest of the time he's fit as a fiddle; Trowa's lost count of the times he's sat awake at night listening to Heero choke his guts up, but he puts up with it, because that's love.

#29 - Melody

They don't change a bit to meet each other, they just bent a little, 'til their lives wrap round each other as perfect as if they were meant just for that, like they're a piece of music written by some perfectionist genius of a god.

#30 - Star

They've had enough of the stars by now, so they don't look up to the sky, but down, towards earth and natural life and towards a world that never stops growing.

#31 - Home

Trowa's been born a wanderer, and that doesn't stop, when everything is over with -- but the difference is that he used to walk alone, and now he's showing Heero how to wander aimlessly, instead.

#32 - Confusion

Some things confuse him, those little every day things that he didn't let himself contemplate before, and it confuses him the way the scent of soap brings Trowa to mind, when he's only smelt that soap on Trowa's skin once or twice.

#33 - Fear

He's learned fear and pain and terror, all those things he was convinced belonged to other people, but he's learned love and friendship too, and with Trowa at his side, that's a nice balance.

#34 - Lightning/Thunder

He leans his head against the window, looking out, and the rain beats down outside and thunder flashes on the one side of him, and then there's Heero, warm and solid and real and comforting, on his other side, wrapped around him.

#35 - Bonds

Trowa's afraid when he sees Heero there in handcuffs, though he's not sure of what -- that Heero cracked, maybe? -- but he relaxes at the look in Heero's eyes, because everything Heero does means something, from murdering something to pushing Trowa up against the wall and kissing the hell out of him.

#36 - Market

There's a market down the road from where they make their home, and when they need to see life, that's where they head, for colours and smells and vivid imagery all full of people.

#37 - Technology

Technology can do so many things but it can't bring two lovers far apart close enough, and the phone cuts into Trowa's cheek as he tries to get closer, listening to Heero's voice telling him all about his mission and he's hearing nothing but 'I'll be gone another three weeks'.

#38 - Gift

It's always useful gifts between them; sweaters and hankies and watches and that's just the way they are, that's how they love and it's right.

#39 - Smile

Smiles aren't things that you just have; most people do, some people don't -- Heero's smile is learnt, copied, fragile, and it tears at Trowa's heart.

#40 - Innocence

He's innocent, even when he squirms under Trowa, breathless, hot and wanting but not knowing what he wants, and Trowa doesn't feel like he's corrupting him when he pushes inside, he feels like it's right, like it's the only thing in the world this good.

#41 - Completion

Trowa holds Heero in his arms and just from the feeling he gets it's like he's come home, even if they never lie like this again, even if they're not in love.

#42 - Clouds

Duo's all here and there and everywhere, his thoughts scattering around the sky as he tells them that that cloud looks like a Gundam, don't they think, and they just smile and nod and he turns and his eyes fall on their joined hands and he's all oh and open mouthed.

#43 - Sky

They came out of that sky, once, from space, and Heero looks up and thinks that he was born in that entry, and Trowa is his brother and his friend and everything, they all are.

#44 - Heaven

They've been up to the heavens and they know there's nothing there, and Heero can't understand why Trowa and Duo and Quatre still cling to their beliefs that there's a life after death, a heaven, but he puts up with it because he knows Trowa wouldn't believe in anything worthless.

#45 - Hell

Duo describes hell to him, and he thinks he's been there already, in the heat of battle, and moments jumble up into some horror of a collage, until Trowa squeezes his hand and brings him back to the present.

#46 - Sun

They're walking outside, and the warmth of the sun feels good on his face, and the warmth of Trowa's hand in his feels good, and the warmth of the companionship is even better.

#47 - Moon

Trowa tells Heero about the man in the moon, and Heero listens, taken back to a time when someone told him stories, and though he's never seen the man in the moon, thinks it's just a blotchy shape up there, he can close his eyes and see it.

#48 - Waves

They're on the beach and there's the sound of waves and Duo and Quatre playing -- playing, of all things, splashing in the surf and laughing like they're ten years younger -- and Heero's laughter and Trowa is completely soothed and lulled and content for the first time in his life.

#49 - Hair

Heero runs his fingers through Trowa's hair carefully, feeling it tickle against his sensitive palm, barely feeling it against his fingers, and he smiles into Trowa's face -- just one precious smile -- and lets the hair fall back down, and Trowa's heart is beating like someone just reached out and ripped all his barriers down.

#50 - Supernova

Something burned up in the destruction of their Gundams -- something small and white hot and hard, the soul of soldiers, maybe, and they both have to admit it's better now.
