Fandom: Hunter x Hunter
Pairing: Kuroro x Kurapika
Theme set: Delta
Rating: PG for implications of sex.
#01 - Air
When Kurapika’s skirt billows up and practically drags him back with it after a particularly strong gust of wind, Kuroro easily manages to convince the blond to trash it and stick to normal-wear.
#02 - Apples
Kuroro blearily glares at Kurapika as the blond peels an apple and chuckles at the fact that the leader of the infamous Spiders just had to miss a raid because of the common cold.
#03 - Beginning
It’s an admirable thing that Kurapika quickly got used to The Ways of the Geneiryodan, even going as far as executing orders without being given them first.
#04 - Bugs
As Kurapika and Shalnark obsessively work on the bug in Sharlnark’s computer, Kuroro idly flips through the pages of his Skill Hunter, finds the right page, and sends another batch of viruses over to the thing’s system.
#05 - Coffee
Kuroro is amused to note that coffee makes Kurapika do strange things, like pace around their room naked.
#06 - Dark
Their eyes automatically seek each other out as soon as they get used to the sudden dark, making sure that each other is all right, because nothing else matters more.
#07 - Despair
For the first time in forever, Kuroro feels fear when a collector catches Kurapika.
#08 - Doors
The two-meter thick door to the safe housing Kurapika stood no chance against one very pissed off Kuroro.
#09 - Drink
He drank in the sight of Kurapika laid prone on a sick, twisted version of an altar, pale as a corpse and Red Eyes wide open, and raised Hell.
#10 - Duty
Kuroro doesn’t need to try to make up to what he’s done to Kurapika in the past, but he wants to.
#11 - Earth
As he buries his family’s Eyes, Kurapika vaguely wonders why Rukuso valley doesn’t feel like home anymore.
#12 - End
They struggled to look presentable before the elevator reached their floor.
#13 - Fall
Diving can’t really be considered falling, so they suppose that they’re just one of those couples.
#14 - Fire
Kurapika remembered Kuroro, in the midst of the burning village and the smell of charred flesh, and how much he had, as a child, thought of him as some angel of death.
#15 - Flexible
“Amazing,” Kuroro commends as he pushes the blond into a position normal people would probably break their backs over, “Now if you can just… ah, there we go.”
#16 - Flying
Kurapika’s eyebrow twitches when a lady sends Kuroro a flying kiss, thinking the action both vulgar and tasteless.
#17 - Food
They often argue about mushrooms, because Kuroro refuses to eat them while Kurapika thinks they’re wonderful food.
#18 - Foot
Kuroro sighed and stretched out on the couch, knowing that when Kurapika put his foot down, there would be no changing the blond’s mind.
#19 - Grave
Kurapika swears, as he doggedly digs up grave after grave, that he’ll get the man who slaughtered his tribe.
#20 - Green
Kuroro isn’t a vegetarian, and tells Kurapika as much as he nibbles his way down the lithe blond’s chest.
#21 - Head
Kurapika’s gaze follows Kuroro as the man walks around the room, and thinks that with his hair slicked back like that, Kuroro’s head kind of reminds him of an egg.
#22 - Hollow
“This one will do, hurry up and get in before they find us in here,” Kuroro says calmly as he holds the lid up of a hollow trunk to Kurapika’s withering glare.
#23 - Honor
“I gain nothing from killing you,” Kuroro tells the half-unconscious Kurapika bluntly as he turns and walks away.
#24 - Hope
Kurapika doesn’t kill him the first time around, and Kuroro knows that he won’t the second, or the third, or how many times they meet in the future.
#25 - Light
Kuroro sometimes leaves the lights on so he can see Kurapika’s face when they have sex.
#26 - Lost
Kuroro looks forward to finding the Eraser, so he can recover his lost Nen and meet the Chain Assassin once again.
#27 - Metal
They do not talk when they fight, but instead let their weapons communicate for them, silent steps amidst the clinking of chains against knife.
#28 - New
Kurapika looks at the new shirt he’s supposed to wear and wonders why Kuroro likes black leather so much.
#29 - Old
“It never gets old,” Kurapika says in mild amusement as Nobunaga shrieks indignantly at the public display of affection between the Kuruta and the Dancho.
#30 - Peace
It wasn’t easy, but with his original mission done and after several years in Kuroro’s company, he finally manages to reconcile with the fact that he, after all, fell in love with his clan’s murderer.
#31 - Poison
“Ow,” Kuroro said, wincing at his bruise, as he inwardly thought to himself that no, he wasn’t going to suggest trying aphrodisiacs again anytime soon.
#32 - Pretty
Kuroro thinks Kurapika is pretty and tells him as much, much to the blond’s chagrin.
#33 - Rain
It was raining the first time they met, all those years ago amidst a valley filled with fire.
#34 - Regret
Kuroro does not regret what he did to the Kuruta all those years ago, and Kurapika doesn’t ask him to.
#35 - Roses
On the night of their first year together, Kurapika comes home from a long day at work to find roses, a full course meal, and Kuroro asleep on the dining table.
#36 - Secret
Kurapika isn’t very good at keeping secrets, Kuroro found, as the blond tended drop most of his guard when with the people he most cares about.
#37 - Snakes
Kuroro felt a sense of déjà vu as the length of chain snaked through the air and wrapped itself around him, but this time, he was ready for it and anything else the Chain Assassin could throw at his face.
#38 - Snow
Kurapika was used to tropical climate, so when he and Kuroro travel further up north, the older man is amused at Kurapika’s reactions to snow.
#39 - Solid
Kuroro is the solid wall that Kurapika leant on during the difficult times of his mission, which was ironic in so many ways it hurt to count.
#40 - Spring
For some reason or another, despite his dislike for gatherings and anything of similar context, Kurapika found himself in a garden party with his lover and several dozen couples gushing over the beauty that was spring.
#41 - Stable
Kurapika was surprised when he found that he didn’t mind sleeping in the stable so much and sharing the same blanket with the Geneiryodan leader, where he would usually be found bristling and indignantly hissing about the same situation months before.
#42 - Strange
Kurapika thinks Kuroro’s tattoo is strange; Kuroro retaliates by quipping about Kurapika’s ‘skirt.’
#43 - Summer
Kurapika is dismayed that despite the heat wave practically melting the city down, Kuroro still likes latching on to the blond at night, arms wrapped tightly around a small waist and cheek pressed to a warm chest.
#44 - Taboo
The subject of the Kuruta massacre is not something either of them ever brings up.
#45 - Ugly
Kurapika doesn’t voice out his worry when he sees the ugly gash on Kuroro’s arm, but it’s evident in the way he looks like he wishes it had been him instead.
#46 - War
It goes against everything Kuroro is, but he chooses to protect Kurapika and leave his Ryodan mere commands when the war between the Spiders and the world starts.
#47 - Water
Kuroro likes barging in on the blond when Kurapika is bathing.
#48 - Welcome
“Welcome,” the receptionist said, “Would the newly weds like to have a bayside room? It has a lovely view of the beach,” she added, much to Kurapika’s mortification.
49 - Winter
Kuroro likes winter because it gives him the perfect excuse to cuddle with Kurapika under warm blankets.
#50 - Wood
It feels surreal when Kurapika berates Kuroro for leaving water rings on the coffee table and demands that he use a coaster next time because the wood stains easily.
