19. Soul- Onlookers would comment that Shinobu and Itsuki were a single soul in two bodies, but the reality was that they were eight.

21. Fool- Sensui practiced martial arts every day while Itsuki did flower-arranging, so neither of them could be made a fool out of by their prospective opponents.

23. Child- The tunnel between Ningenkai and Makai was Sensui and Itsuki’s metaphorical love child, for which the yaminade suffered labor pains of sorts.
24. Now- Now was forever to Sensui and Itsuki, and now was the time for revolution against humankind.
25. Shadow- Itsuki vowed to be Sensui’s shadow, and to follow him to the ends of the earth.
26. Goodbye- When Sensui died, it was the most painful goodbye Itsuki ever had to say; however, it meant that he had to say goodbye to himself as well.
27. Hide- Itsuki pretended to hide from Kazuya whenever he was around, hoping that he would be found and hurt to within an inch of his life.
28. Fortune- It was a stroke of Fortune herself that Shinobu and Itsuki liked the same television program.
29. Safe- Sensui and Itsuki strategically removed the Black Chapters tape from a safe in Reikai, replacing it with a homemade porno tape.
30. Ghost- Shinobu’s ghost still lingered inside the Ura-otoko, and Itsuki would bide his time talking to it.
31. Book- If the Black Chapters tape were a book, Sensui would have dog-eared every single page at one point in time, and Itsuki would smile and nod at his choices.
