#01 - Ring "You're such a dork," Sawyer muttered, although he couldn't help but smile as Jack slid a handmade ring of seagrass onto his finger and proceeded to kiss each of his knuckles.
#02 - Hero Jack clung to Sawyer with a force that nearly knocked the breath out of both of them as tears trailed down his face and onto Sawyer's shirt; "I can't be the hero anymore," he whispered.
#03 - Memory As Jack busied himself throughout the day treating scraped knees and strained muscles and assuring half a dozen people that the pain in their sides was merely indigestion, he kept close the memories of hands touching, seeking in the moonlight and the knowledge that those hands would be on him once more after the sun sank below the glistening sea.
#04 - Box Sawyer noticed Jack looking particularly burdened one day and approached him with the last box of Dharma Initiative brand chocolate chip cookies in hopes of bringing forth that infectious grin that showed itself far too infrequently.
#05 - Run Sawyer ran his fingers across his kiss-swollen lips as quick jolts of pressure hit his legs with full force each time one foot came in contact with the jungle floor; sometimes Sawyer thought that he'd been born to run.
#06 - Hurricane Jack had always feared storms, possibly because of the fact that they were entirely out of his control; so when Sawyer appeared from behind and wrapped stong, protective arms around him to still his trembling, he relaxed into the embrace and knew he was finally safe.
#07 - Wings Jack often had dreams as a child of wings that could carry him away from the things that he feared, but it wasn't until he was with Sawyer that he truly learned how to fly.
#08 - Cold Cold evenings were rare on the island, but Sawyer always looked forward to them because Jack would snuggle in closer to him like a puppy and curl his toes around Sawyer's to keep warm.
#09 - Red Jack let out a very unmanly giggle when he caught Sawyer's hooded gaze and likened the effect of his burgundy shirt on Sawyer to a red cape swished in front of a revved bull.
#10 - Drink As Jack watched Kate cradle Sawyer's head in her hands and guide the glass of water to his lips, he couldn't help but notice an unpleasant stirring in his chest that felt alarmingly like jealousy.
#11 - Midnight Sawyer decided to remedy the boring red-eye hatch shifts that Jack often complained of by turning up one evening wearing nothing but a smile as the clock struck midnight.
#12 - Temptation Jack attempted to steel his will against the blatant seduction as he finished the makeshift stitches on Hurley's hand; Sawyer always picked the most inappropriate times to flash a smile and stare with his piercing blue eyes.
#13 - View Sawyer couldn't help but grin in appreciation of the view of Jack's backside as the doc slipped from the warmth of the cot to pull on some clothes and begin another day of being the hero.
#14 - Music Sawyer managed to mumble his way around an excuse to borrow the radio Sayid had recently fixed and now found himself wrapped around Jack and swaying softly to some scratchy 40s-era jazz and realized he had never heard anything more beautiful.
#15 - Silk Jack knew that Sawyer had a ridiculously well-stocked stash of goods that he kept hidden, but he gained a whole new appreciation for it when Sawyer ghosted a silk scarf across his chest before binding his hands above his head and promptly having his way with him.
#16 - Cover "Shit!" Sawyer muttered as he and Jack huddled in one of the caves just as the sky decided to open up, but the close proximity quickly proved to no trouble at all when Jack's lips tentatively found his.
#17 - Promise As Sawyer turned and headed towards the raft, he could've sworn he'd seen a silent promise in Jack's eyes that said "I'll wait for you."
#18 - Dream Sawyer awoke with a start, a thin sheen of sweat covering his body and hazy images of skin against skin still flashing before him.
#19 - Candle "I wanted to do something for your birthday, but I wasn't sure and I was tentative to do this because I thought that you might think it was cheesy or stupid or - " Jack was cut off by Sawyer's mouth crushed against his the moment the birthday boy saw a small candle lit and twinkling in the center of a mango.
#20 - Talent Sawyer patted his belly after finishing the delicious sushi dinner that Jack had just prepared for them and said, "Honestly Doc, got any other hidden talents I don't know about?" to which Jack responded with a simple wiggle of his eyebrows.

#22 - Journey After spending so much time wishing to get off of the island, Sawyer felt the twist of loss deep in his gut as the beach grew smaller and smaller.

#27 - Fall Jack knew he had fallen, and hard, when he nearly knocked his entire kit of medical supplies into the sand after Sawyer smiled and gazed at him through his long, blonde lashes.
#28 - Forgotten After a difficult day of providing hope and strength for everyone but himself, Sawyer leads him to his tent and helps him forget.
#29 - Dance Jack shivered with pleasure as the velvety sound of Sinatra's voice reverbeated throughout the hatch and Sawyer smiled with outstretched hand and whispered, "Dance with me."
#30 - Body Jack's image of himself had been terrible ever since he was young (for whatever reason, Sawyer would never know), so he always made a special effort to erase his insecurities with his fingertips after making love and whisper "Beautiful" across every inch of his skin.
#31 - Sacred Sawyer had never been a man of faith, but whenever he was in Jack's arms the man's name escaped from his lips like a prayer.
#32 - Farewells Sawyer wasn't sure why he waited until the last moment to tell Jack about the encounter with his father, but it probably had something to do with the fact that he could look at the other man's tears while saying goodbye and pretend that they were for him.
