1. Air - All he could feel was Kurapika--Kurapika's hot breath beating down on him, Kurapika's kisses, Kurapika's every movement; the very air around him was completely filled with Kurapika...
2. Apples - "Apples," Leorio mused as he inhaled the scent of his sleeping friend's hair, never fully understanding why Kurapika didn't use Suave like every other man.
3. Beginning - Leorio smiled down at Kurapika as he laced his fingers with the younger boy, thinking 'This is the beginning of something beautiful.'
4. Bugs - "You," Leorio growled and glared at his friend before coming to a decision of "Just for that, I'm putting a fake spider in your bed."
5. Coffee - Kurapika wondered to himself why in the world he had Leorio try that Espresso this morning, for the older man was now singing to the tune of "Dancing Queen" in a very poor American accent whilst tap dancing on the kitchen table.
6. Dark - Leorio kept protesting that it was so dark when he came home last night, there was no way he could have seen where he was going, while Kurapika remarked with a raised eyebrow "Yes, it must have been very dark for you to end up parked on the neighbor's porch."
7. Despair - After so many failed relationships with women, Leorio despaired of ever finding 'the one', but then came Kurapika.
8. Doors - Kurapika had very subtle ways of telling Leorio he was angry with him; yanking pots and pans out of their places with loud noises and slamming doors (more often than not in the face of the to-be-doctor).
9. Drink - Leorio held out his cup, smiling drunkenly, to which Kurapika rolled his eyes and said "Leorio, you've already had eight whiskey sours, if you have any more, you'll probably start loudly reading poetry to the neighbors...again."
10. Duty - "Kurapika," Leorio started, cupping the younger man's cheek with his hand, "it's my duty and purpose to keep you safe."
11. Earth - If Leorio had to choose an element to describe Kurapika, it would definitely be Earth; Kurapika was patient, hard-working, cautious, preservative, down-to-earth and determined, as well as being stubborn and sometimes cold.
12. End - At last, Leorio's long journey of finding someone who could understand him had come to an end.
13. Fall - Leorio couldn't help but smile as he watched the Kuruta twil around amidst the rain of leaves around him; Fall was his favorite season, after all.
14. Fire - Kurapika felt the fires of passion rush through his body as Leorio thrust continuously inside him.
15. Flexible - Backflips, twists, turns, and handsprings Kurapika did as he battled on, with Leorio watching, extremely impressed with his flexibility.
16. Flying - Every time Leorio pressed his lips against Kurapika's own, the Kuruta felt as if he were weightless, flying.
17. Food - Kurapika was learning now that the best way to Leorio's heart was through his stomach, given the gusto and enthusiasm in which he ingested the meal Kurapika had spent so long meticulously preparing.
18. Foot - "Ouch, Leorio," Kurapika hissed as he blindly glared at the other man in the dark, "that was my foot."
19. Grave - Leorio quickly discovered in about two seconds' time that telling Kurapika a skirt suited him was a one-way ticket to his own grave.
20. Green - Kurapika pursed his lips into a thin line as he once again insisted to his friend, "You are obviously colorblind, Leorio, my eyes are not green, for the last time."
21. Head - As much as I love Leorio, Kurapika thought as he hand-washed the coffee out of his favorite pink shirt, his head is about as empty as a flowerpot.
22. Hollow - Sometimes, Leorio could hardly believe how devoid of emotion Kurapika could be when it came to the revenge of his people; he felt no fear, no sadness, no pain, nothing.
23. Honor - Kurapika rolled his eyes as Leorio moaned once again that the Kuruta had 'damaged his honor and pride', to which Kurapika repiled "Leorio, I didn't kick you that hard, you're being a baby."
24. Hope - Leorio nervously bit his thumbnail as he tried to think of how he could hide this, but discovered quickly that he couldn't; he could only hope Kurapika was in a good mood when he came home to find that his Tulips had been mowed over.
25. Light - "Aah~" Leorio whined, pulling the covers over his head, "close the blind, Kurapika, that's bright!"
26. Lost - For years, Kurapika was lost and unsure of everything around him... and then Leorio found him.
27. Metal - Kurapika could only watch in horror as Leorio's car crashed into another at the intersection; the sickening screech of metal against metal.
28. New - Leorio cocked his head slightly at his friend, who was gaping at him, and asked "Don't you like my new underwear?"
29. Old - Kurapika wrinkled his nose in disgust, plucking something out of the refrigerator while saying to his roommate, "Leorio, this tuna looks as if it could have been served on the Titanic."
30. Peace - Kurapika heard a knock on the slightly ajar door and looked to see a white flag waving through the gap, a sign of surrender and truce by the visitor.
31. Poison - Leorio kept insisting that it was merely the stomach flu, but Kurapika begged to differ, hissing to him "You poisoned me with your so-called 'dinner'."
32. Pretty - Some might use the words "feminine", "delicate-looking", and "graceful" to describe Kurapika, but Leorio chose a very different word over all those, one which always earned him a hard smack and a scream of "It is not a compliment for a man to be called 'pretty'!"
33. Rain - "Leorio, for the love of God, get inside and stop pretending you're in a Gene Kelly movie before you catch pneumonia!"
(It's a Singin' In the Rain joke. XD)
34. Regret - It must be hard, Leorio mused as he stroked the hair of the Kuruta snuggled against him, to live with that kind of regret...
35. Roses - After a hard day's work, Kurapika came home to find a trail of red and yellow rose petals which led him into the bedroom, where, on the bed, lay the most attractive of greetings wearing nothing but a grin.
36. Secret - Leorio wanted to wait until the opportune moment to share his little secret with Kurapika, a secret he'd kept to himself for too long.
37. Snakes - "Snakes, snakes, there's snakes everywhere," Kurapika cried desperately, eyes darting around frantically, until a pair of strong arms wrapped around him and a warm voice said "Ssh, it was only a dream..."
38. Snow - "Leorio," Kurapika cleared his throat to get the man's attention, "the object here is to take the snow off the walkway and put it into a pile, not 'take the snow and throw it wherever.'"
39. Solid - Kurapika rubbed a hand over his eyes, once again refusing to believe the scene in front of him, and mumbled "I sincerely wish you would learn that trees do not yield to a lawnmower, Leorio."
40. Spring - Kurapika loved the Spring; planting his Tulips was especially fun (given that Leorio did not destroy them one way or another, as he usually did).
41. Stable - "As much as I love snuggling in the mud, Leorio," Kurapika started, "I would much appreciate it if you would get off me now; you smell like you've spent a year in a stable."
42. Strange - "Leorio, thank you so much for the birthday gift...but..." Kurapika looked at the strange object in his hands, hestitating and saying to his friend "I don't know what this is supposed to be."
43. Summer - There were a number of reasons Leorio loved summer, but the one at the top of the list was seeing Kurapika in short-shorts.
44. Taboo - Leorio clenched both hands into fists and closed his eyes as he knew that it could never be; a love between them was taboo.
45. Ugly - After thinking long and hard about what fairy tale character Leorio would be, he finally came to a final decision--The ugly duckling.
46. War - Kurapika stared at his friend, who was cowering beneath the kitchen table and sighed deeply before saying, "Leorio, we are not getting shot at; the neighbors were simply opening a bottle of champagne."
47. Water - Water, Leorio thought to himself, Kurapika is like water; he can be deadly or utterly refreshing.
48. Welcome - Kurapika's greeting was always different, but it always satisfied Leorio's need to feel welcome.
49. Winter - The best thing about winter, Leorio thought as he pulled Kurapika closer to him, is the excuse of cuddling to get warm.
50. Wood - Wood, Kurapika decided that Leorio was like wood; solid and unmoving even when struck by the most powerful of forces, but able to be hacked down when weak.
And I do pity Leorio and Kurapika's poor neighbors. *sweatdrop* I used them about three times, didn't I? XD;
