He looked amidst the elegant ladies, flower-like in their flowing gowns, hoping to catch a glimpse of her.

Between Lady Olia and Donnabella Lovelle, he caught sight of her dancing by.

And as he pushed rudely past the noblewomene he swallowed hard and stopped, for she was with another man.
