In the aftermath of their defeat at the Prefectural Tournament, Eiji doesn't know why he came here or what he was looking for, but when Oishi arrives and joins him on top of the green trash bin, a sense of calm settles and he realizes he never has to look for what is always with him.

It started with a hand combing through the ends of his hair while its mate settled on his hip, guiding his body forward, and before he could make sense of what was about happen, his thoughts were stopped by Oishi's lips pressing against his own for their first time.

There are tears filling Eiji's brilliant blue eyes, whether they are out of happiness, or fear, or perhaps even both, Oishi's not quiet sure, but he continues to rain soft kisses upon Eiji's face, expressing his feelings through actions rather than words.

Oishi sits under a tree in the park where they are supposed to be studying but stops to watch Eiji jump and bounce across the grass doing back flips, summersaults and cartwheels, and while he knows they should be studying, he is happy to indulge Eiji for the moment, enjoying the view.

"What are you wearing," Oishi hears upon answering the phone, leaving him sputtering for a response, surprised by the forwardness of Eiji's words until Eiji adds, "Mou, Oishi, tell me because I need to know what to wear to the party too!"
