Sometimes, when he knew no one else was around, Sasuke would twine his fingers between Yukimura’s and marvel at how badly their hands fit together.

Sasuke twisted his fingers into Yukimura’s hair while his mouth was busy finding out what exactly the older man tasted like.

True devotion was when someone would follow you to the grave… even if you didn’t want them to.

Coughing, Sasuke watched disapprovingly as his master twittered around, getting supplies and medicine, as if Sasuke had some kind of fatal disease.

One thing Sasuke could say about Yukimura was that he could defiantly carry a tune, even if the songs he sang were girly.

“Hey look, Sasuke, a shooting star,” Yukimura said offhandedly, pointing at the streak of light in the sky.

Sasuke fought the urge to sigh and stared at Yukimura in annoyance as the older man wandered through the woods, totally and completely lost.

Occasionally, Yukimura would go to the market, just to marvel at all the strange and new things, and Sasuke would always join him, Haku yipping at his heels.

Yukimura watched Sasuke circle around the odd humming machine for five minutes before he finally asked, “What is this thing?”

“I hate the rain,” Sasuke grimaced, feeling the odd need to punch the annoying man next to him, who was going on about how pretty rain clouds were.

“I don’t understand what’s so fascinating about the sky,” Sasuke said, cupping his face in his hands and watching his master look up with a dazed expression.

“Nee-chan… Do you believe in Heaven,” Sasuke asked hesitantly and Yuya blinked, wondering where the question came from and having a feeling it had something to do with a certain purple haired samurai.

Yukimura traced his finger’s down Sasuke’s arm knowing that they were both probably going to Hell… although, he’d probably already been bound there anyways.

Moonlight reflected off Sasuke’s white making it look as if it was glowing and Yukimura’s hands itched to pet it.
