o1- Ring
They move inbetween the ring of light in the dimly lit basement, a grin on Tyler's face and you watch from the shadows, just happy for him and not yourself and watch as they fight.
o2 - Hero
Tyler is everyone's hero but you were always there first.
o3 - Memory
You smirk at "Jack" as he jolts to attention, and want to relish the thought of what he'll think of this later, what his memory will fake and you definitely think that this is worth it.
o4 - Box
They work in silence as they put the soap in the boxes, and Tyler cannot suppress a smirk everytime he sees the blistering scar on his hand as he hands him the soap and does not resist the urge to kiss it again, "Jack's" expression priceless before he drops it causally again and resumes his work.
o5 - Run
He can't run from this reality anymore, so he ignores Marla and the support groups and just pulls the trigger before he can will Tyler back to him a final time.
o6 - Hurricane
They're only sound and color, wham, he's against the floor, turn, move, and shit! Tyler's nose is broken and they're enjoying this whirlwind of self-destruction and rebirth, even if one can't see the truth.
o7 - Wings
You're leaving God's office and you see a glimpse of blonde hair and for a moment you float and you have hope, but then you remember that it's just a lie and then you're grounded again.
o8 - Cold
Tyler had always scowled in the back of his head, wondering how he could force him away from this cold, deprived world of his; he succeeded, almost too much.
o9 - Red
"Is that your favorite color, or something?"
10 - Drink
In one frame of mind, he's drinking the beer with Tyler, a smirk on their faces and something between them, and in the other frame of mind, it's just himself and the beer bottle sinks and shatters on the pavement, and god he hates it.
11 - Midnight
They've been at it since he's gotten home, it's midnight now and he is happy to hear that they've finally stopped, even if Tyler only comes down to talk a little bit and go back up; he tries to deny the jealous feeling spiraling in his stomach.
12 - Temptation
"Funny little Psycho-Boy," he laughs in your ear and godfuckingdamn he can't be for real, he's not doing this, you're not giving in, you're really, really not...
13 - View
He looks down from the empty shell of his apartment, desperate and hopeless with the knowledge that he is Tyler and Tyler is him and it looks so nice, that pavement, but, again, Tyler drags him back, easily, and it shouldn't be.
14 - Music
Their voices are loud and pounding as he glares down at Angelface and then slowly descend into a buzz as he hits him over and over again, until his face isn't so beautiful, until it's the only sound in the room; and then Tyler looks at him and he looks right back, eye for an eye.
15 - Silk
As soon as her cheap dress and heels exits, Tyler's smooth voice enters the room, clears the tension.
16- Cover
Tyler's hand slipped over his mouth, and he can feel him smirking into his skin, his other hand gripping his, keeping it on his cock, controlling him, ans he doesn't care, he wants this, all of this.
17 - Promise
"You made a promise, IKEA-boy, didn't you?"
18 - Dream
He dreams that Tyler's standing over him same grin on his face, blonde hair all over the place, a cigarette between his lips, telling him his dreams of hunting deer and being free and when he wakes, he still believes; he doesn't know which is more pathetic: his dreams or his faith.
19 - Candle
He lights the candle almost nonchalantly before getting up to go to the fuse box, only to hear laughter as Tyler's probably getting shocked----again.
20 - Talent
"Fuck what college or your job tells you, IKEA-boy--- talent isn't sitting on your ass all day, typing numbers!"
21 - Silence
You count on, two, three minutes of silence before you hear her heels on the stairs and your face clouds with anger that shouldn't be there.
22 - Journey
"This is it," Tyler laughs and you wonder if the holes are drilled right instead of thinking just how the hell you got here, and maybe its better that way.
23 - Fire
The face leers like a Japanese mask of some sort, empty without its fire but still haunting--- you remember it as you listen to God: are you that empty mask, now that Tyler's gone?
24 - Strength
To this day, in your mind, you still deny that you are Tyler, because you don't have his strength or will, even if you always had wanted it, needed it.
25 - Mask
There are holes on either side of your face now and when you smile, you are an eerie mask of a person and you thank him.
26 - Ice
He holds the pack of ice to your eye and in a childish moment you stick out your tongue and you both laugh.
27 - Fall
Tyler looks dead at you and you think you see a grin, and then he's your dead imaginary friend and then it's only you.
28 - Forgotten
"You didn't forget me did you?" (Of course he hasn't, he's been waiting, always waiting.)
29 - Dance
He's playing a deadly dance with "Jack", always leaving little breadcrumbs for him to find, awaiting the day when it all comes into place.
30 - Body
Tyler traces every gash, licks every cut, runs his fingers over every bruise, until he knows every speck of him, but leaves before he can know his.
31 - Sacred
In Tyler We Trust was on everyone's lips, as if God himself had walked into the room, but he thinks that none of them put them on as high a pedestal as he.
32 - Farewells
Tyler walks out of the union office with a smirk on his face, tossing his arm about your shoulders, and you both share bloody grins and leave your shit jobs behind.
33 - World
Tyler can have the whole world at his feet, but it's all in "Jack's" name.
34 - Formal
TYler rolls his eyes as you adjust his tie, but you couldn't give a shit.
35 - Fever
"See ya champ," he whispers through the haze but you can't tell him not to go and the warmth consumes you.
36 - Laugh
Tyler's laugh echoes in the hotel room and you feel a shiver go up your spine, not for the first time, but this time it's born of fear and apprehension.
37 - Lies
Everything he knew about Tyler was a lie and wasn't one at the same time.
38 - Forever
"Everyone will remember this; we will become immortal," Tyler says, shoving the gun further down your throat and you think he's confused with vampires and he laughs.
39 - Overwhelmed
Tyler's hand is too much, his voice is overpowering and then you feel the orgasm wash over you, liquid hot, and then you're gasping ans shaking and he's already leaving in a whiff of smoke and blood, and you just want him to stop playing.
40 - Whisper
You listen as hard as you can to his words, taking it all in, because it's Tyler, and he's letting you in one last time before the space-monkey's can take over ans swallow you whole.
41 - Wait
"TYLER! TY---" you don't wait for Marla to finish, you just hang up on her and panic.
42 - Talk
"Can't I have just one fucking straight answer from you, Tyler?!"

He looks everywhere for him but his own mind and he laughs and laughs.
44 - Hope
He's not religious, not in the least, but he hopes, prays that Marla isn't right, but it slips away as soon as he hears the bitter, amused laugh out of nowhere.
45 - Eclipse
Tyler is eclipsing everything he ever was and he welcomes it.
46 - Gravity
But he's forced to come down, in bitterness, when the space-monkeys arrive and steal all of Tyler from him.
47 - Highway
He remembers the truck speeding toward him and after that are flashes of glass and metal and soaring and he remembers thinknig the whole time that he was only doing this because of one Tyler Durden and it could be, it'd have to be worth it.
48 - Unknown
"He may have been completely eradicated from your mind or just relapsed; no one knows for sure."
49 - Lock
He knows that Tyler is still there, waiting to get out whenever he hears them ("We're waiting for you, sir,"), can feel Tyler's energy waiting, waiting, but he won't let it out ever again-- it's his now, all his.
50 - Breathe
He watches Tyler siting in the palm of that hand on the beach, watching him breathe and decides its one of the most beautiful things he's seen in his life.
