Rating: Mostly PG, but there’s one particular sentence which could be considered as PG-13 at the very least for obvious reasons :P

Notes: English is not my maternal language so excuse me if I make some mistakes (I hope not ^^U) Also, the title is taken from the third ending of the series.
A large part of the sentences are taken from or based on events of the series, a few take place in the Zoo Era (canon events or not) and the rest are possible events or situations of the future; each sentence (except for a few which could take place either in the canon-series time or in the future) will have an indication of it. I’ll leave to the reader’s imagination the exact chronological order of the sentences XD. For further explanations, see at the end of this post.

Seeing his relaxed expression while the raindrops fell from the sky to the paved street, Saya wondered if this could be another of the things Hagi loved about Paris.

Hagi can’t help but open his eyes wide when he suddenly discovers Saya in their kitchen, a mug of chocolate in her hands and wearing nothing except for his shirt.

“Where is the mobile phone store?”; Kai is surprised by that question - or rather, the person who asked it - but after the chevalier explains to who is the present destined for, he helps Hagi with the directions, suppressing his urge to laugh at him.

Saya just discovered that Hagi has very sensitive ears - and it’s not just about his hearing abilities…

Every time he calls her name is like a declaration of love.

There’s something incredibly hypnotizing, almost sensual, in the way he swings the sword, gently, smoothly, as if he was performing a perfectly calculated dance.

It never ends to amaze and make her laugh the fact that even though he has lived for so long - or maybe because of that -, Hagi doesn’t get along with technological devices, such as the mobile phone he bought to her recently.

As a gift for the 200th years since they met, Hagi gives her a ring and a question: “Saya, will you make me the honor of becoming my spouse?”

#4: Poor Hagi… he sure has been beaten a lot in the series ^^U
#5: It’s kartofelln, by the way. And they’re delicious. Seriously. German potatoes are the best potatoes I tasted in my life, to the point that my family made a joke on that: “They’re no common potatoes, they’re KARTOFELLN!” XDDD
#7: Based on this official illustration: http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/330221 I don’t know if it’s actually chocolate or coffee, but I’m 99.9% sure the shirt IS Hagi’s. Talk about sexy pose, eh? XD
#9: Fans of Final Fantasy VII will probably recognize this as one of Vincent’s phrases in the Advent Children movie. I always thought that the two of them were very similar, so it’s possible that Hagi may be as reluctant to the marvels of technology as Vincent, unless he got convinced somehow - in Vincent’s case, via Marlene’s observation :P (It’s even funnier in the Spanish dub of AC, because he literally says: “I need a mobile phone” XDDD)
#12: Takes place in episode 7, the scene were Hagi shows Saya the way she herself swings her sword. Man, he was gorgeous… *_*
#15: This can take place either in the flashback scene of episode 17, or in the present day scene which happens short after - though I had the latter in mind when I wrote this sentence…
#18: Takes place in episode 21, during the Schiff’s attack.
#25: Probably the sentence that best describes Hagi ^^ I’m very proud of this one…
#27: The first “blood” in this sentence refers to the time when Saya gave Hagi her blood, thus transforming him into her chevalier. The second “blood”, however, refers to Diva’s blood, meaning that Saya knows she may be killed by her, and even if she survives, Diva’s death will mark the end of their time together, due to The promise.
#28: Not that actually happens in the series; it’s more like a wild guess on my part of what would had happened when Saya and Hagi got separated from the Red Shield, during the year that passes between the end of episode 32 and episode 33. It’s most likely that the first symptoms of Saya’s hibernation would have taken place then.
#38: Hum… well, maybe I fucked it up with the date, because I made the mental calculation two times, and in the second one it turned out that Saya should actually be in the middle of one of her hibernation periods by that time ^^U Let’s call it an artistic license, ok?
