Notes: Arghh, Smoker is so hard to write about!! But nevertheless, after seeing these two in the recent chapters, I just had to write something about them, so... here it is! Enjoy!
#1 Ring
Tashigi had authority over her subordinates, but they truly feared the man who had put that ring on her finger and what he would to them if they disobeyed her instead.
#2 Hero
He could be called the hero that defeated Crocodile, but such a title was worthless if it only caused tears to his subordinate.
#3 Memory
The memory of an indefense Tashigi crying still fresh on his mind, Smoker could feel his blood boil, and without caring about his position he started insulting his superior via Den Den Mushi.
#4 Box
A little box with a letter inside was Tashigi's most prized possesion; the letter that she had received once, reassigning her to Captain Smoker's division.
#5 Run
She could run, but what was the point of it she didn't understand... it was impossible to get away from the White Chaser; even if she could, she didn't want to, she would follow that man to the end of the New World.
#6 Hurricane
Like a hurricane of smoke, he had arrived and man, did he shake up her life!
#7 Wings
As if he had suddenly sprouted wings, he produced a surprising jump and transformed into smoke, which caught her just in time; once again, Smoker had saved her from falling.
#8 Cold
His hands felt cold; she decided to compliment it with the warmth on hers.
#9 Red
She was certainly not blushing in front of her superior, it was just an effect the smoke had on her!
#10 Drink
Smoker took a beer, she settled for a tea... she still did not get how he could drink alcohol and smoke cigars this early in the morning, but then again, there were many things about her captain she did not understand.
#11 Midnight
It was midnight, she remembered the night well, she had received from him that prized sword he had obtained; words could not begin to express her gratitude.
#12 Temptation
As tempting as it was, she was not to open Pandora's box; if she ever told anyone of her affair with the vice-admiral, not only would they lose their positions in the Marines but they would lose the two pirates they were targeting.
#13 View
He wasn't surprised of veiwing Tashigi's chest, what he was surprised of was that she allowed only him to see her, in the secrecy of his cabin.
#14 Music
Her voice was like a low, soothing melody; his voice sounded more like punk, violent rock.
#15 Silk
The silky dress slid off as Smoker's hands took control of her body, but she allowed it; in fact, she enjoyed it.
#16 Cover
He woke up and realized he had kicked the sheets during his sleep; noticing her shivering, he took the sheets and covered them again.
#17 Promise
Smoker made himself a promise; while she was under her command, she wouldn't shed a single tear again.
#18 Dream
She dreamt everyday about defeating Monkey D. Luffy and Roronoa Zoro... together with Captain Smoker, as a team...
#19 Candle
He used the candles to light up his two cigars; not the most romantic use of the candlelit dinner in Tashigi's opinion, but she couldn't blame him, he had spent way too many hours without smoking.
#20 Talent
Tashigi had a special talent for tripping over stuff and falling; Smoker had a talent for catching her before she fell.
#21 Silence
During those two years, Smoker started missing the silent and timid Tashigi that had been left behind in Loguetown; heropinions about everything (like, colors or furniture) were starting to drive him insane!
#22 Journey
"If this is a journey to the New World, there is no one I would rather go with but you, sir!" announced Tashigi, not regretting one word.
#23 Fire
There was a certain fire in his eyes that couldn't be burnt down; even further, she decided to keep it up, she liked the fire in the end...

She had never met a man as strong as him, but that didn't mean he was rough; he used strength in public, but he never scared her in private.
#25 Mask
Smoker had a strong, scary mask he used to terrify those around him; with her pure heart, Tashigi slowly started pulling that mask off as if it was made of smoke too.

His icy voice was all she heard, it was all she needed; "I want you..."

When she fell, he caught her; it was like a daily routine due to her clumsiness, but she was secretly happy with the arrangemente.
#28 Forgotten
Tashigi never felt forgotten during the war, but she felt completely useless as the commodore lead the fighting and she was simply pushed aside by Monkey D. Luffy...
#29 Dance
She supressed a giggle with all of her strength at the sight of the men dancing drunk on their day off; but a day off wasn't bad once in a while, and with that thought in mind she decided to go on a walk with the now vice-admiral.
#30 Body
Her body moved in an extraordinary fashion, but he was faster; she was on the ground, his weapon holding her down, her sword lying too far away for her to reach it... she just had to admit defeat this time, but she wouldn't lose next time!
#31 Sacred
There weren't many things Tashigi held as sacred, but she was sure as hell that her superior was one of them.
#32 Farewells
Farewells weren't Smoker's speciality, he wasn't known for his social skills after all, but then he realized it; he wouldn't have to say goodbye to Tashigi for too long, she returned to his division and swore to follow him to the end of the Grand Line and further!
#33 World
The New World was a feared place, but with her skills and the skills of someone like Smoker she knew she had nothing to fear.
#34 Formal
"Formality does suit you" muttered Tashigi in an unaudible voice when she caught a glimpse of Smoker, dressed up in a black suit that made him look incredibly attractive.
#35 Fever
Smoker never got sick, not even a small fever; how was he supposed to protect Tashigi and his men if he could be taken down by a shitty illness?
#36 Laugh
His laugh was a sound she had never heard of, she doubted it existed actually, but perhaps it was better that way; she still had a lot of Smoker to learn herself...
#37 Lies
She wasn't known for being a good liar, so she just went and admitted it; she had broken a couple of cigars, but she was surprisingly forgiven... although her pay did recieve a noticeable decrease that month.
#38 Forever
"I will follow you to the New World sir; after what I've witnessed on this war, I'll follow you forever, to the end of the seas if it's necessary!"
#39 Overwhelmed
He felt overwhelmed at first, but in the end he truly satisfied with the results; Tashigi had been able to keep up with him in the battle, she even had high chances of beating him... she was taking her training seriously, proving herself worthy of being in the New World... that's the kind of attitude he liked about her.
#40 Whisper
"Tashigi..." he whispered "don't leave now..."
#41 Wait
She awaited for a response, but in the end she didn't need one; Smoker wasn't a man of words, he was a man of action, and letting actions show how he felt, he grabbed her and forced his lips into hers.
#42 Talk
A part of her wanted to talk about it, but a bigger and stronger part was yelling at her to reply to the kiss... and that's exactly what she did.
#43 Search
She searched for an exit, but it was a dead end; she was cornered and Smoker wouldn't let her get away.
#44 Hope
Once, Smoker had hoped to end this search for the Straw Hats once and for all; now, with Tashigi along the ride, he was actually enjoying the journey... although that didn't mean he did not mean to capture them and destroy them anymore...
#45 Eclipse
Tashigi felt slightly eclipsed by Hina, she had known Smoker for much more time... but at the end of the day, she was the one who slept in his bed, not her...
#46 Gravity
Stupid gravity, making her fall down and forcing Smoker to catch her... only to end up on top of her in the most awkward of positions...
#47 Highway
Speeding up like in a highway, the marine ship started to head towards Punk Hazard; she caught a smirk on Smoker's face, they were close to their objective!

What she felt was unknown to her, it was something new; he understood it, and he was decided to face it with her.
#49 Lock
Locking the door behind him, Smoker glared at her; "you can't just keep your instincts controlled, can you woman?"
#50 Breathe
She took a deep breathe and calmed down; Smoker took a drag of his cigars and put them down before deciding to nod at her... they were going to the New World... together.
