When you said Tourniquet, did you mean sling? Because you only tourniquet an injury that is bleeding. And with a broken wrist and dislocated shoulder, a sling would be more useful.

I figure if you launch yourself down a flight of stairs while trying to take out someone, something's gonna happen. Like you know, broken bones and stuff. =0D
