Keep writing in your LJ, or wherever. Keep writing entries like these. Then slowly but surely things will come round right. Continuous reflection helps make change.
I don't know--that's the way I did it anyway. I give so so so much credit to my LJ for the enrichment of my life (I had a LJ before this one that really helped me through some shit, although this one is really important, too). If you personally narrate your life, well, then you have direction. Your own direction. It's better than letting everyone/everything else narrate your life. And writing is something you can do anytime, anywhere, at almost any state of laziness ;-)
