oh no...murphy's law always happens when kids are around/things related to kids! Poor phone. Uhm, can go trigger off some warranty clause for repair/replacement or not? :)

Well I bought the phone in Sydney on promotion - thank God it wasn't costly. To get it serviced here might cost more than a new phone so.... :(
