Yah.. those are the 2 impt things :) I'm hoping the palm sugar ( gula melacca) that I bought will be ncie & fragrant. The best , is apparently from Melacca but mine's from Thailand.
You know.. If I'm successful we can make some at your place in Sg with Shann cos she can roll the onde onde ( she likes to roll "tang yuan" right?? ) It'll be fun , with Raine & Josh as well! :)
