Oh no.. not really. I cook out of necessity and boredom :) And as long as you have the recipe and patience, it usually turns out fine.

Nope, pandan leaves not easily found here , that's why I have to use pandan essence ( the concentrated liquid) which is pass-able but not so fragrant.

haha... I can't be bothered. Too much work to make them for a living!!!

yes we should try to make something - I think baking can be such a fun learning experience for kids. They can learn abt texture , ingredients, quantities etc etc. Josh loves to sit beside me and name all the ingredients.
ps : You know, he can peel garlic & broccoli for me!!!
