Been trying to get Josh to call me Mummy since he's mastered dada AND daddy already. For some reason, he's perfected the French way of calling Mummy which is Maman ( "mah-mon").

We don't mix with that many French kids or babies.. hmmm, Go figure!

I think we can safely say Josh's first Chinese word is Zhu ( pig). I called him a Xiao Zhuzhu this morning and he repeated it so clearly, "Zhu", making his piggy face somemore. Ha ha ( Read more... )

I've been meeting more people now that I've been invited to join a Ladies group called , meaning something like . It's started by this (now) elderly French lady to help expat wives speak French. And so France IS in the finals and while I'm not their No.1 Fan, you can't escape the thrill of the win here. The people are crazy with joy!!!
