OK, I have to say, as much as I like crossover/fusion prompts in theory, I often find that people cast characters in a way that doesn't click for me. And then we have this.

I want Batman!Erik.
And this prompt features Charles as a rich guy in Gotham, maybe Erik's childhood friend, who is disappointed by the way Erik is behaving, but is most intrigued by this Dark Knight Person, who keeps showing up and rescuing him.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. OH GOD SOMEONE WRITE THIS PLEASE, I NEED IT MORE LIFE.

(although I would just like to say that I would be ok with Charles being a bit of a BAMF himself, and not always the damsel in distress.)

Nights like that gave him impression that his 'work', if you would call that, actually changes anything. Nights of high class society parties where everybody's happy, or makes that impression. Nights of small talks, smooth flirts. But he wasn't so much in for that. The casual flirts were easy and pleasurable but soon they changed into relationships, the one thing he avoided. Sometimes Erik felt angry with Xavier for occupying his mind for such long periods of time, but it never lasted long 'cause no one seemed to be able to be mad at Charles for very long. Even Alex who rarely liked anyone - no even Emma. Erik looked down, expecting to see her sleeping head on his shoulder, but she must have awakened when he was staring at Charles. He should feel embarrassed, but somehow he didn't after all she was his personal therapist, she must have known.

Plus, now, he could get closer and actually listen to that rich voice. He wasn't surprised to hear they were talking about Batman, everyone did once in a while trying to solve the Gotham's greatest mystery ( ... )
