What it says on the tin. Erik and Charles being dads to the X-Kids. Giving advice (my kingdom for awkward dating advice re: Hank and Raven), encouraging them, etc etc.

They've all been pushing themselves, Charles knows, and he's tremendously pleased with the results-Alex nearly always hits a target now, if not the target, and Sean has been making hairpin turns in the sky above the mansion, his screams sounding more gleeful than terrified. But as he follows Erik up the stairs after an afternoon of training, he's reminded of the perils of pushing just that little bit too far.

The wave of ow fuck ow he can feel emanating from down the hall is Raven's, and it's accompanied by a grunt of pain that sets Erik into motion, hurrying around the corner and into their makeshift gym. Raven is lying on the weightlifting bench, a barbel on the floor next to her, one arm lying awkwardly across her chest ( ... )

Raven: You're clearly the more emotionally sensitive of the two of you. Charles can't keep his foot out of mouth long enough to give decent parental advice...
