Charles and Erik and Raven are adults instead of kids during the War. Erik, hiding from the Nazi' in plain sight, as a Nazi soldier of relatively high rank. Charles is a professor of genetics and detained in Germany on his way back to England during the war by the Nazi's, due to the nature of his research into genetics. Both are hiding the same secrets, being mutants and Charles, learning Erik's secret by reading his mind, hopes to get the man's help to get back to England before the Nazi's find out about his and Raven's secret.
