Erik and Charles get captured by some big bad, whomever you'd like, and on the threat of hurting Charles, they force Erik to do lots of things, non/dub con ensues bonus for toys, humiliation and making Erik pretend to enjoy it. Charles is watching horrified from their cell and when they finally drop Erik back in, he's exhausted and broken (maybe some traumatic non-coney memories) and Charles comforts him.
