THIS HAS BEEN FUCKING AMAZING. Like. Just. Not just one of the best in the meme so far, but one of the best fics I've read period. I feel like it WOULD take something this drastic, to relive Charles' death/paralysis over and over to make a dent in Erik's mind. And of course it's slow going, because he's so set in his ways.

God, this line. It physically hurt it's so perfect and heartbreaking all at once.

I'll probably comment again later, but I just had to say that.

Also that this is the first fic I've read for the movie, and if I was somehow unable to read any others, that would be just fine. This is amazing.
