I already manage the delicious on another meme (if anyone's interested to see how I run it -> http://www.delicious.com/btr_kink), but since it's much smaller and more easily managed, I may be able to offer some assistance here. Not as a main archiver, but I could definitely help.
I would also like to suggest a few things that have made managing a delicious easier for me/the archive more efficent.
First, character tags, as I've noticed not many other archives include those, but they've been appreciated by many people.
Second, rather than banning prompts from being double posted (because nobody listens no matter how often it's stated -_-) insist that they post a link to the original with the repost so others can find it. Then archive the original prompt only.
Third, because I've noticed many other archivers don't do it: tag bundles.
These may seem like totally obvious things, but nobody else seems to do them and I'll admit that they took me a while to work out but I'

Thanks for the suggestions! Your point about double-posting is excellent; maybe the mods will implement that rule in future rounds? At this point it's all we can do to wrangle the previous prompts into some kind of order, so reposts are just getting tagged as-is.
We have implemented character tags and bundles, although I've noticed not all the taggers are using the former. At some point I'm planning on combing through and standardizing the tags, though, and I'll try to get everyone on board with the character thing. It does make it easier to find prompts.
The offer of help if very much appreciated, too - at this point we have something like nine or ten archivists, so I think we're probably set, but if you would be interested I could contact you about tagging for a future round? That would be an eeeeenormous help. :)

First off, I love you for doing this. Thank you all so much. But I was wondering if you could also add tags for specific rounds please? It makes it easier to search for prompts when you know what round it's in but not a lot of other details.
We'll do our best to start tagging by rounds; it might be a while before the previously archived entries are re-tagged, but I will put it on the to-do list. :)
I've never been on the actual archiving end of one of these, but I'd love to give it a try to help anyway. So basically long time listener, first time attempter. I could give things about two-three hours every night (summer vaca, gotta love it).

Hey! If you feel like helping me out with Round Two, that'd be awesome. You could work your way backwards as I come in from the front (hurr). Let me know!
