So Friday the remains of Ivan came passing through the area. It started off on Friday as heavy to light rain with some varying winds. The afternoon saw a break to this weather as it stopped raining. Wow. That's just nuts. I love extreme weather and think if I lived in a good area for it I probably would have become a storm chaser. So how bad were the tornados, and how many of them?

Why the hell would you want to be a storm chaser? It's one of the most insane jobs out there.

Anyways...at least 15 tornadoes have been confirmed, there are rumors that up to 60 touched down...and the somewhat official rumor is around 39. Some of the storms were F3's...which is pretty badass - the scale ranges from F0 to F6.
