I would like to apply for the position of Head Librarian of the Academy's Library.

... yes, Sir Paulie. And I believe there is also the issue of staff members and part-timer to consider as well.

... minimum wage does not bother me. Hopefully those who will assist won't too.

How much do you wanna be paid? I ain't screwin' with ambiguities here, the folks in Finances skin the hell outta any sorta such thing. Lis'n, you wanna talk business? You summon all ye people, ye ask'em who wants to work fo' the library, you figure out the positions spiel, then ye come to with a business and salary proposal for each. Gotcha? Ain't no half-assery here.
