I find that when people say, "The only reason X..." it's never true, and they usually end up having a (sometimes subconscious) hidden agenda.

There's rarely only one reason for things.

I started managing again recently.

I've found that the way I think is dramatically different from when someone else is managing me. I'm surprised people don't write about this more.

These are a few of my favorite images of Kali. The second one is my favorite because Siva's eyes are open. What this implies to me is that Siva is aware and has complacently accepted the surrounding violence, destruction, death, and suffering. I find a lot of comfort in that. I don't know if it's a realistic goal but that would be a sublime life!

Today, on my commute to work, I passed a group people with a bunch of anti-abortion signs behind them. There was no one else around (it was about 10AM); so, I asked one of them what they were up to.
