My blood pressure was good (102 over 69). You need a minimum hemoglobin of 12.5 to donate blood (other than donating for your own use later). Last time I tried my Hgb was 12.4. This time is was
12.8!!
Only one other time have I had a high enough Hgb to donate, and I nearly passed out halfway through the pint (so they made me quit). This time was drastically free of kinks. Only one poke, and through the pint in only a few minutes! Warm fuzzies all around.
So that was my day.
