That is such a profound statement summed up in very simple words. There's a part of you that just doesn't want to accept it and hope for a change of heart by the other side. And Part of you wants to turn and walk to show that you are fine without them. But deep down, you aren't. And you care too much to turn away.
I wish someone would invent a cure / serum or a handbook on ways to deal.
I know this is an old entry - just stumbled across your website then journal. I hope you have gained ground in the past few months.
