Hey! I've been a member for a while, but I think, aside from an intro post a long time ago, I've never been posted! But with 2009 coming to a close, I thought I'd post some photos from my September 20th DIY wedding. All photos are copyright Michael J. Wise Photography.

While my wedding was brown and hot pink, we used the same color sand because I couldn't find either color! We also did the same song for the Father-Daughter dance, but mine was with my Grandpa. I loved your escort card trees!

I got my sand from Oriental Trading Co, and I know they have pink sand, but I don't think they have brown...

Thanks! I loved my trees, too--I learned basic calligraphy just for them! :)

love your colors! I almost went with those colors but chose brown and pink instead

and I also did a similar thing with my centerpieces. I had branches with fake snow and coffee beans in the bottom... I'll see if I can get a pic

they turned out beautiful!!
