27. Textures
This round is all about stretching your limits with TEXTURES. We have divided textures into six distinct styles: paint, grunge, stock, light, geometric and decorative.
Option 1: Choose four texture styles as demonstrated below, and make exactly five icons inspired by each.
Option 2: Represent all of the six texture categories within the 20 icons of your post, with at least two icons inspired by each style.
This round will be due on August 20th at 11:59pm EST (countdown)
Note: Though we've provided many textures in this inspiration post, you are welcome and encouraged to use others!
Note #2: We're completely aware that these categories may not be all-encompassing; this is due to the necessity of keeping this post organized and reasonably sized. If the type of textures you normally use haven't been included, you're welcome to leave a comment and plead your case. We're open to suggestions!
