I love candy corn. I love it, I love it, I LOVE it! It always makes me feel fall-ish and transports me to a happy time in my life...I love the fall...luckily I have one tree out front of my apartment that sheds the fall-like leaves with shades of candy apple red, yellow ocre and pumpkin orange...maybe I will buy a baby pumpkin.

very cool - thanks for passing this on. I'm not sure if I could get over to the Campus Circle place in time to get some passes - but continue to keep me in mind when things like this pop up :)

I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one... speedball October 7 2003, 10:38:45 UTC
I've found Lewis Black's opinion of candy corn more in line with my own:

"Candy corn is the only candy in the history of America that's never been advertised, and there's a reason for that. All the candy corn that was ever made, was made in 1911. And every year, the candy corn company goes around to all the dumpsters in America - because nobody eats the stuff - and collects up the candy corn.

I remember when I was a kid, my mother said to me, "Here Lewis, this is candy corn. It's corn that tastes like candy." "... This tastes like crap!" And every year I, like an alzheimers patient, find myself in a room, and in that room is a table. And on that table is a bowl of candy corn. And I think to myself, "Candy corn. Corn that tastes like candy. ...SON OF A BITCH!"" --Lewis Black
