awesome.i guess the chewing and spitting worked..but im not gonna do that anymore i felt completely out of control and like a freakin psycho...

today i will not eat dumplings just the soup and diet soda and water..
breakfast i drank a hot green tea with sugar...my body is looking fabulous.

im gonna start taking belly dancing classes...yAY!

Hey I saw a post on the dietingsupport community you made, and wanted to pop over and say hi.

I read through your LJ a bit and see your restricting this week, you may want to try a more controlled version. In what I was instructed to do, called calorie cycling.

The extreme method is eat 1000 calories a day for 4 days, with little carbs, on the 5th day eat one carb per pound of body weight, then go back to 4 days 1000 calories low carb. :-)

I went through a restrictive phase back when I was between 210-230. I limited myself to 500 calories a day, and it didn't end well.

If you have any questions, let me know. I don't make assumptions since I've tried almost every method in he book to lose weight till I finally got it right (lost almost 90lbs now). I limited, I threw up, etc.
