Not to be a bother, but I find myself rather short on clothes, personal belongings, and beds not covered in paint as well. Not to mention books.

I'd be more than happy to lend you clothes. I believe we are about the same height. You're a little skinnier than I, but I have one or two suits that would fit you. Seeing as I have no roommate, there is also a spare, clean bed available.

Oh, don't mention it, happy to help. I'd hate to be in your shoes in this case (though, depending on how much damage has been done to the things, you might yet find yourself in mine - literally) :-)

I'll be in my room, sorting through clothes for a while (to find something for you to borrow, and for me to wear while helping to clean your room. I'd hate to get paint on my best suits). Feel free to swing by anytime.

Afterwards, I'm headed to your room to assist with the clean-up.
