Yes its a Sunday, i just woke up, suprise suprise in same mood as ever. BBQ was good nice talking to Stacey and Luke and seeing Rach and her friends as ever. I used to get into things like that have laugh now i tend to distance myself at them, spend time sitting thinking but Stacey and Luke sat and we talked
